About Us
Motivated by the belief that first time home buyers need better research and assistance, ResideRite was founded by Shara Hoffman to provide buyers with greater knowledge and confidence in making one of life’s greatest purchases. Shara and her husband Ross thought they found the perfect home. It was close to family, a beautiful property with a pool, and a lot of room to host holidays and grow their family. They hosted their first Thanksgiving and realized the kitchen was cramped. Summer came and they were stunned by the cost to heat the pool. Then they had their first child, and buyer’s remorse really started to set in…what were we thinking buying a home with a main floor master!? By the time they had their second child, they made the decision to move. Determined to ensure their next home would be the right fit, Shara applied her background as an investment management consultant, solving business problems with technical solutions, to tackle the house hunting process. What emerged was a new method that focuses on a buyer's lifestyle and priorities as well as their needs in a home. It takes out the guesswork, gets rid of the checklists, and puts actual rankings and comparisons into the hands of buyers so that they can make the most informed decision before they make an offer.
